Job Summary
Senior Director - LATAM Delivery Head responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Total Issuing solutions in the LATAM region, overseeing customer delivery relationship management, delivery management, program oversight, and line management. Leads governance discussions, aligns delivery with business objectives, tracks KPIs/SLOs, manages budgets and forecasted revenue, and guides cross-functional, multi-national teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and high client satisfaction. Requires proven leadership in payments projects with data migrations/integrations, strong client relationships up to C-level, and fluency in English and Spanish. Availability to work in Campinas in hybrid mode; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
