Job Summary
Lead the national KAM team in developing and executing account-level engagement strategies across hospitals, IDNs, and health systems for milvexian. Direct delivery of access, value, population health, and quality messages to IDN decision makers, P&T committee members, and C-suite stakeholders. Drive pre-launch account planning, including customer profiling and champion identification, while leading support for P&T reviews and EMR/order set integration post-approval. Ensure pharmacy stocking and procurement at approved accounts, and coordinate with field matrix teams including MSLs and Alliance partners to maintain a consistent customer experience. Build and develop a high-performing team aligned to launch objectives, fostering a results-driven culture with ongoing coaching and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- National Key Account Management Lead experience
- Experience developing and executing account-level engagement strategies across hospitals, IDNs, and health systems
- Experience delivering access, value, population health, and quality messages to IDN decision makers, P&T committee members, and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience supporting formulary access, institutional adoption, and patient initiation
- Experience acting as a senior liaison for access opportunities including contract strategy support, education, and implementation
- Experience partnering with Market Access to develop and implement reimbursement guidance and access solutions for institutional customers
- Experience in pre-launch account planning including customer profiling, champion identification, and early unmet need education with key institutional decision makers
- Experience leading support for P&T reviews including educating decision-makers and monitoring and documenting formulary outcomes
- Experience driving EMR and order set integration by coordinating with Health IT specialists
- Experience ensuring pharmacy stocking and procurement at approved accounts
- Experience supporting discharge planning and transitions of care
- Experience operating within and shaping an Alliance KAM model with J&J
- Experience defining ways of working and building a shared culture of execution excellence across BMS and J&J KAM teams
- Experience ensuring KAMs compliantly coordinate with field matrix teams including MSLs, field HEOR, and Alliance partners
- Experience championing a milvexian-first mindset across all Alliance interactions
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Business Insights & Analytics, and Health IT
- Experience serving as the field voice of the customer surfacing account-level insights, access barriers, and competitive dynamics
- Experience partnering with the Alternate Sites of Care Team on health system strategy, care pathway integration, and transitions of care initiatives
- Experience building, leading, and developing a high-performing national KAM team
- Experience establishing clear vision, capabilities framework, and KPIs ensuring alignment with brand strategy
- Experience developing training programs and coaching curricula to build account management capabilities
- Experience fostering a results-driven culture with ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Experience ensuring all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, BMS policies, and Alliance compliance requirements
- Princeton - NJ - US location
- Full-time employee (FTE) basis
- 100% onsite presence at assigned facility (Site-essential role)
- Ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed
