Job Summary
Lead the international customer relationship for Coca-Cola’s hospitality client by delivering strategic insight, senior stakeholder engagement, and cross-system connectivity. Direct the global long-term RFP process for the customer and develop/execute strategic negotiation plans to enable long-term growth and mutual value. Partner with customer, bottling, and internal teams to align priorities and deliver integrated business solutions; support global customer expansion and coordinate cross-functional execution across the Coca-Cola system to ensure plans align with broader objectives. Build senior-level relationships, mobilize resources worldwide, and guide annual business planning and performance tracking for the customer’s international operations. Travel 50% and work across London, Singapore, Dublin, and broader Coca-Cola global network. Skills include Account Management, Strategic Planning, Negotiation, Leadership, Relationship Building, CRM, Sales Management, and Cross-functional Collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Significant experience in customer leadership, strategic account management, and operating internationally in market and across the Coca-Cola network
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional teams in dynamic customer environments
- Experience working across the Coca-Cola system and navigating a global enterprise network
- Travel: 50% International Travel
