Senior Director, International FP&A

Job Summary
Senior Director, FP&A – International leads FP&A for Mirum's International Commercial Operations across Europe and expanding global markets, with full accountability for regional P&L performance, planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support. Partners with International leadership to align regional execution with global corporate objectives, and collaborates with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Compliance, HR, and global Finance teams. Responsibilities include owning annual planning, long-range planning, and ongoing forecasting; delivering data-driven forecasts and actionable insights; leading scenario planning and ROI analysis for market expansion and product launches; supporting pricing strategy, market access, and profitability; driving process improvements in FP&A systems and data quality; and communicating insights to senior leadership while building a high-performance, cross-functional international finance capability.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance with exposure to international operations
- Biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences experience strongly preferred, particularly in commercial-stage environments
- Experience supporting international markets, including product launches and market expansion
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner
- Experience in multi-country environments with understanding of market access and pricing dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
