Job Summary
Develop and execute an integrated employee communications strategy that advances enterprise priorities, strengthens engagement, and connects staff to the company's mission and values. Create clear, compelling materials including business updates, presentations, talking points, and leader communications while translating complex initiatives into accessible messaging. Partner with Communications Center of Excellence teams, Human Resources, Legal, and Public Affairs to ensure consistent alignment across organizational objectives and support planning during periods of change. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements to maintain high-quality delivery across diverse internal audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 14+ years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Experience supporting communications for organizational change, business transformation, or enterprise initiatives
- Ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes across a matrixed organization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive business matters
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, change communications, or organizational communications
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organization
