Senior Director, Infrastructure Solutions

Senior Director, Infrastructure Solutions leads the design and roadmap of enterprise infrastructure aligned with Dana-Farber’s digital transformation. Responsibilities include defining standards for cloud, network, hosting, and core infrastructure services through vendors, translating business initiatives into detailed infrastructure blueprints, and evaluating emerging technologies. Manages and mentors a high-performing team of Technical Analysts and Architects, oversees vendor performance and SLAs, manages capital and operating budgets, and ensures compliance with healthcare-grade service expectations. Requires expertise in HIPAA/HITECH, Zero Trust, EntraID/SSO/MFA, FinOps, cloud governance, and experience with AWS/Azure, SD-WAN, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Strong leadership, strategic communication to executives, and ability to align IT infrastructure with clinical and research objectives are essential.
