Senior Director, Infrastructure Network Services (INS)

Senior Director of Infrastructure Network Services (INS) responsible for reliability, availability, and operational excellence of Visa's global network. Drives proactive, prevention-first operations, with automation and GenAI-enabled capabilities to reduce incident frequency and MTTR. Leads a global team across US, AP (India/Singapore), and UK/Poland, partnering with Network Engineering, Architecture, Security, SRE, and Platform teams to embed operability into network design and lifecycle management. Focus areas include end-to-end network health, proactive monitoring, automation at scale (production-grade, secure, observable), policy-driven governance with KPIs/SLOs, incident management at executive levels, and the application of GenAI for intelligent incident triage, root-cause analysis, and knowledge augmentation. This hybrid role involves leadership of senior managers and engineers, with a strong emphasis on automation, AI/ML-driven insights, predictive monitoring, and security/compliance. Location preferences include Singapore (preferred) with openness to candidates in UK and Denver/Ashburn, and a requirement for at least 3 days in-office as determined by hiring manager.
