Job Summary
Define and maintain the global infrastructure architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and reference architectures across cloud, network, data center, and identity services. Lead architectural planning and modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and the transition from legacy models to scalable, automated services. Partner with cybersecurity, application, and business technology teams to align capabilities with enterprise strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and embed security-by-design into solutions. Establish governance processes, manage technology risks, and provide oversight for major programs such as cloud migrations and site expansions. Lead and manage infrastructure architecture and engineering teams, driving performance management, coaching, and resource planning to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience
- Significant experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, cloud platforms, enterprise technology strategy, and global IT environments
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing technical teams, architecture teams, or large-scale infrastructure programs
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, data center technologies, identity services, endpoint platforms, collaboration technologies, automation, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security
- Experience designing and governing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, data protection, and business continuity principles
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps, architecture standards, reference designs, and governance processes
- Valid driver's license in applicable countries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
