Job Summary
Senior Director, Industrials to lead Axion’s Industrials vertical, own the commercial outcomes, and drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep partnerships. Responsible for leading a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, acting as the commercial owner for the vertical, shaping engagement with industrial manufacturers, and aligning product/engineering to roadmap priorities. The role requires strategic and executional prowess to deliver revenue, delivery quality, and customer success, with external representation as a thought leader to senior Industrials executives. Ideal candidates bring a blend of strategic consulting experience, vertical expertise, and a track record of building and scaling complex B2B relationships in industrials, aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing sectors. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within industrials, aerospace, defense, or adjacent manufacturing sectors
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing value chain—from design and production to quality control and operational performance
- Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented; thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments
- Motivated by impact, ownership, and building category-defining products
