Job Summary
Lead the India Market People Organization (PO) for the Commercial Organization (CO) in India, including People Partner responsibilities for the Commercial Market and the Country PO teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, influence strategic direction, and drive talent, culture, inclusion, and organizational initiatives. Oversee organization design, workforce planning, and location strategy; coach leaders; partner with COEs and People Business Partners; manage executive recruiting and onboarding; ensure compliance and change initiatives; lead global CO projects with a Future Ready focus; collaborate with Market MDs and Country MDs, and reside in India per Hybrid Work guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline is strongly preferred
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, specifically including HR Business Partnering
- Proven experience managing people
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives, developing global workforce plans, and identifying and creating organizational capabilities
- Strong track record of effectively coaching and positively influencing leaders
- Experience partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs
- Proven track record of strong execution relative to managing costs, quality, and timeliness
- Strong executive coaching and advisory capabilities
- Excellent relationship building and management, leadership and influencing skills
