Job Summary
Senior Director, Human Resources Strategy & Effectiveness leads development and execution of people strategy programs aligned with business priorities, partnering with HR and senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, cross-functional integration, and improved team performance. Responsibilities include directing HR strategy, coordinating with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, driving policy and process improvements across the employee lifecycle, applying HR analytics to inform decisions, and leading change management efforts. Requires Bachelors degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience); strong leadership, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and experience designing and advancing organization-wide talent strategy programs; SHRM-CP/SC P certification desired.
