Job Summary
Senior Director, Human Resources is an enterprise-level HR leader reporting to the SVP of HR, responsible for shaping and executing people strategies across Generac’s global, multi-site organization. Partners with executive leadership to align talent, culture, and business objectives, and leads large-scale initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, employee and labor relations, M&A integration, and change management across regions and functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading HR strategy in a highly matrixed, global, multi-site corporate environment
- Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leadership
- Strong expertise in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations
- Deep understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
- Experience applying analytics to enterprise workforce trends
- Strong change management and transformation leadership capability
- Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
