Job Summary
The Senior Director of Human Resources at SightLife is responsible for leading HR programs, policies, compliance, benefits, and employee experience to support the company's growth. This role involves consulting with management on HR issues, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR initiatives aligned with business strategy. Candidates should have 7-10 years of HR expertise, including experience in compensation design, employee relations, and compliance. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required, with a master's preferred. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to the mission of organ and tissue donation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years demonstrated performance in HR consultation
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation plan design
- Experience with legal compliance of workers compensation and workplace safety
- Experience managing an HR team in a diverse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Personal commitment to organ and tissue donation
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s level preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional designation
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred
