Job Summary
Partner closely with Global Medical Affairs and Commercial Development leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness and enable sustainable growth. Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition pipelines while championing change leadership and cultural evolution across the commercial team. Conduct rigorous organizational assessments to improve operational efficiency and align HR initiatives with business goals, providing direct support on employee relations and investigation concerns in accordance with local legislation.
Required Qualifications
- 17+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Good biotech or pharma business acumen
- Proven strategic HRBP focus of aligning culture with business goals
- Strong consultative and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Experience building strong partnerships within function and cross-functional teams
- Excellent listening, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement and make decisions appropriate for the organization
- Accustomed to working in a high growth and dynamic environment
- Good project management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities including Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and best practice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an HRBP at a similarly sized biotech company
- Experience with rapid growth and first NDA / Commercialization
- Experience defining and building processes across the HR function
- Experience working in matrixed and global environment
