Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing HRBP and Talent Acquisition; strategic partner to the CPO and executive team, leading both HRBP and Talent Acquisition with emphasis on workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and culture. Accountable for DEIB programming and ERGs, evolving HRBP operating model, and aligning HR and Recruiting with enterprise priorities. Responsibilities include setting direction across organizational design, workforce planning, succession, performance management, total rewards, and employee relations; building pipelines, employer branding, and full-funnel TA metrics; and determining in-house/contract/agency capacity. Travel to Alpharetta, GA once per quarter; hybrid in Schaumburg, IL. Requires 10+ years of HR leadership and a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree and certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in HR, or related)
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Direct experience as a strategic partner to C-suite or senior leadership
- Deep expertise in HRBP operating models, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations
- Deep expertise in modern talent acquisition: sourcing strategy, employer branding, structured interviewing, TA analytics, and recruiter enablement
- Strong knowledge of HR and TA technology stacks (Workday a plus)
- US employment law and multi-state compliance
