Job Summary
Senior Director, HR Shared Services responsible for leading a scalable, AI-enabled global HR service delivery model and delivering an excellent associate experience. Set and execute the global HR Shared Services strategy and multi-year roadmap, lead a globally distributed Shared Services organization across Tier 1-3 teams, operationalize end-to-end hire-to-retire processes with automated workflows, drive continuous improvement through AI and self-service adoption, implement rigorous daily management with real-time analytics, and act as a change leader to foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, and building a future-ready team, with travel up to 20-30% and a base in Czechia. The position requires a minimum of 10 years HR experience, including >5 years managing people in a multi-national, matrixed environment, plus strong regulatory, process, and technology/automation orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related field
