Job Summary
Lead HR operations, compensation, benefits, compliance, safety, and HR service delivery while overseeing the Workday environment to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Develop competitive Total Rewards programs, build people analytics capabilities for workforce planning, and evaluate emerging HR technologies like AI to improve efficiency. Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to align initiatives with organizational priorities, manage operational improvements, and coach a high-performing team. This role supports Bohler's land development consulting and site design services for commercial, institutional, and residential markets, requiring extensive senior-level experience in professional services environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive senior-level experience leading HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR service delivery
- Deep knowledge of Workday HRMS, including system administration, reporting, integrations, data governance, and process improvement
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll and tax compliance, HR policies, workplace safety, and HR best practices
- Experience using workforce data and analytics to support business decisions and organizational planning
- Practical experience evaluating AI-enabled HR technologies and applying them where they add value
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Current authorization to work in the United States
