Senior Director - Health and Benefits Consulting

Senior Director – Health and Benefits Consulting leads client engagements in the design and management of health and benefits programs. He/she drives the strategy and grows relationships with current clients by leveraging WTW’s array of solutions and capabilities and will generate new business by participating in prospecting activities. The role includes leading the client service team in designing and delivering project plans, ensuring progress against objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards, proactively advising clients, managing vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation, and optimization activities, engaging specialist resources to solve client needs, and materially growing Health and Benefits revenue through cross-selling and pursuing new solutions. The position also involves serving as the Health and Benefits expert in new client pursuits, mentoring colleagues, and conducting final reviews to ensure alignment to client objectives and adherence to professional standards.
