Job Summary
Senior Director, Head of Service Business Unit to define the service product strategy, own the service roadmap, and deliver profitable revenue growth across the installed base. Leads cross-functional collaboration between Go-to-Market teams, BUs, and Engineering to align on High-Value Problems, drive service differentiation, and ensure measurable business results across regions. Manages strategic and organizational leadership across senior managers, guides engineering programs, and oversees cross-functional execution to deliver scalable service programs and optimal customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field (Master/PhD degree preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive experience across engineering, product management, business strategy, or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading senior managers and complex, matrixed teams
- Strong combination of technical expertise and business/commercial judgment
- Proven ability to develop and execute product, portfolio, or market strategies in complex environments
- Strong communication and influence skills with experience engaging senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional partners
