Senior Director - Head of Nordic AI role focused on translating strategic business goals into an AI vision and prioritized roadmap across multiple AI delivery teams. Drive adoption of AI solutions into core processes, coach Product Owners and teams, align with senior stakeholders, and orchestrate value creation across business units. Role requires strong leadership in product and AI domains, hands-on execution from end-to-end, and ability to translate strategic direction into measurable business outcomes.
