Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of financial services experience
- Experience leading client service, operations, or billing teams
- Strong understanding of RIA, TAMP, and custodial workflows
- Experience developing scalable operational procedures and processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and across teams
- Ability to manage complex operational issues and escalations
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
