Job Summary
Senior Director, Head of Associate Relations responsible for defining and implementing the enterprise Associate Relations strategy, operating model, and governance. Lead modernization of investigations, risk management, and policy interpretation while partnering with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership to drive fairness, transparency, and enterprise-wide consistency. Build and lead a high-performing Associate Relations leadership team, establish standards for investigations rigor and confidentiality, and provide strategic guidance to senior executives on workforce risk, culture, and governance. Role emphasizes data-driven insights, technology-enabled processes, and sustained collaboration across regions and business units to improve outcomes and trust.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Associate Relations or Employee Relations
- demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale functions or transformations
- deep expertise in employment law, EEO regulations, anti-retaliation principles, and investigations governance
- strong executive presence and judgment
- ability to navigate ambiguity, high-stakes matters, and competing priorities
- track record of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across cross-functional partners
- exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize complexity
