Job Summary
Lead the roadmap and growth of Visa's Acquirer advisory practice in Asia Pacific. Define and publish advisory solutions/playbooks for merchant acquiring, collaborate with geographies and account/product teams to identify priority clients, drive go-to-market efforts, and oversee select priority-project delivery to ensure client value and ROI. Build and mentor a high-performing MSC Practice team, nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and expand the community of acquiring experts across the region. Requires 15+ years in merchant acquiring and/or consulting, strong problem-solving and analytics capabilities, executive presence, and ability to influence across geographies; travel ~30%+.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years’ relevant experience in merchant acquiring and/or consulting
- strong consulting toolkit: problem solving, analytics, communication
- strong executive presence and client relationship management
- willingness to travel (30%+)
