Job Summary
Lead development and execution of the Neurology HCP marketing strategy in the US, including aligning portfolio strategy with brand goals and coordinating messaging for Neurologists. Drive cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, HEOR, Market Research, and other teams; oversee budget, timelines, and program governance; mentor and develop direct reports; demonstrate strategic and scientific acumen and strong communication/presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders. Requires 15+ years progressive industry experience, 8+ years in pharma/biotech marketing or related field, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), willingness to travel 25-30%, and a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA is a plus
- 15+ years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or a related industry
- Rare Neurology experience preferred
- Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time
- Hybrid environment with a minimum of 4 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY
