Job Summary

Senior Director, Growth Strategy (Agency Sales) leads new business efforts targeting enterprise brands with omnichannel digital marketing solutions. Owns the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to delivering data-driven, differentiated solutions, collaborating with Growth, Sales, and cross-functional teams. Builds winning pursuit strategies, drives executive storytelling, and guides cross-functional pitch teams to align media, creative, audience, and business objectives. Develops integrated full-funnel strategies across brand, performance, media, creative, and measurement, staying ahead of industry shifts and translating complex challenges into actionable marketing strategies that connect media investments to measurable business outcomes. Role emphasizes leadership, strategic POV development, and contributions to go-to-market methodologies and storytelling frameworks, with a remote-first, US-based working model and non-immigration sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-12+ years of experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, digital advertising, growth strategy, or consultative business development within an agency, media, or marketing environment
  • Proven experience leading strategic pitches and RFP responses
  • Deep expertise across modern media channels and omnichannel marketing strategies, with command of full-funnel planning, emerging platforms, retail media, social, CTV, AI-enabled marketing, and measurement innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop differentiated, insight-driven strategies that align media, creative, audience, and business objectives
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences
  • Deep appreciation for the role of creative in driving marketing effectiveness and the ability to integrate creative thinking into media strategy
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in high-pressure, deadline-driven pitch and RFP environments, with proven experience influencing cross-functional teams across sales, strategy, media, analytics, and executive leadership
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Naturally curious mindset, with a passion for experimentation and staying ahead of industry shifts
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect marketing strategies to broader business and financial outcomes
