Job Summary
Senior Director responsible for building and leading a globally integrated end-to-end supply chain across plan–source–make–deliver, driving SIOP and S&OE, operational excellence, digital transformation, and cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and customer fulfillment. Requires 15+ years in global supply chain leadership, experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, and strong analytics and transformation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in global supply chain leadership roles with end-to-end responsibility (plan–source–make–deliver) in industrial/manufacturing environments
- proven track record of improving service (OTIF), cost, inventory, and cash with direct accountability for business performance
- deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (SIOP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
- experience leading global supply chain operations and plant-level execution with operational excellence and value stream improvements
- experience in digital supply chain transformation, including advanced planning systems, data transparency, and end-to-end visibility
- ability to translate plans into reliable operational execution
- demonstrated leadership of cross-functional, global organizations
- strong business acumen linking supply chain decisions to P&L and working capital
