Job Summary
Senior Director to lead global commercial strategy for CGT, overseeing sales, marketing, field application support, and product management; manage the commercial P&L; develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share; lead and mentor cross-functional teams; establish strategic partnerships and drive customer-facing initiatives; collaborate with R&D and product management to align value propositions with market needs; travel internationally up to 25% and coordinate with Lake Zurich HQ for proximity preference; oversee go-to-market activities including campaigns, events, and public relations to strengthen brand and market position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 12+ years of experience in CGT or related technologies/tools product development
- 10+ years hands-on experience with Cell and Gene Therapy technologies/tools
- 7+ years of experience in managing people
- Experience managing large program portfolios and complex project implementations
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% and stay on business trips up to 2 weeks
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence across a global matrix organization
