Senior Director Flight Training

Oversee all aspects of flight training operations at United Aviate Academy, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards. Develop and maintain training curricula under Part 141 or Part 61, manage student records, and lead the instructional team through performance reviews and professional development. Drive strategic planning for program growth, establish KPIs, and collaborate on budget planning and financial forecasting. Manage training schedules, aircraft utilization, and resource allocation while optimizing student throughput and implementing technology solutions. Conduct regular audits, analyze training data, and develop corrective action plans to maintain high quality assurance. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot and Instructor ratings with 1000+ hours of instruction experience and 3-5 years in leadership. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
