Job Summary
Lead annual long-range planning aligned with corporate strategy and develop valuation models to inform executive inflection point decisions. Manage the FP&A team through budgeting, mid-year forecasting, and reporting while supporting cash runway analysis and capital formation. Deliver financial insights for lifecycle management, portfolio decisions, and business development opportunities through ad-hoc decision-making support. Execute quarterly and annual audit processes including accruals and SOX documentation in coordination with Finance and Accounting teams. Implement net sales forecasting and management reporting cycles in partnership with the commercial organization to support operational business needs. Work periodically from Parsippany, NJ headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance leadership roles for both development and commercial-staged organizations within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience and understanding of financial valuation in the biotechnology industry
- Broad experience in a publicly traded commercial biotechnology company environment
