Job Summary
Develop and lead the enterprise finance transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives, building a multi-year roadmap across people, process, technology, and governance dimensions. Partner with SVP Finance/CFO on transformation priorities and investment decisions while driving process standardization, technology modernization, and organizational effectiveness. Lead MDM, data governance, and transactional enhancements for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Forecast-to-Plan processes, implementing best practices and automation. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to modernize the finance technology landscape, including ERP optimization and AI/ML adoption, to improve data quality and decision-making capabilities. Improve visibility into profitability by customer, product, channel, and geography to promote data-driven decision making throughout the organization. Drive organizational adoption through structured change management and stakeholder engagement strategies, coaching finance leaders on process excellence and digital capabilities. Salary $180k–$210k plus 32% bonus. 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale finance transformation programs
- Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, consumer products, industrial products, healthcare products, or supply chain-intensive industries
- Demonstrated success leading ERP implementations/enhancements and finance modernization initiatives
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide projects
- Deep understanding of Financial planning and analysis
- Deep understanding of Accounting and controllership processes
- Deep understanding of Supply chain finance
- Deep understanding of Inventory and cost accounting
- Deep understanding of Shared services operations
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or other major enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced certification preferred
