Job Summary
Strategic finance leadership to partner with technology and business leaders and drive value creation across the LAD portfolio and Innovation Solutions Development. Responsibilities include shaping strategy, portfolio choices, and investment decisions; translating strategy into financial frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics; leading financial evaluation of innovation projects, capital investments, and strategic initiatives including partnerships and M&A; driving forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning; delivering data-driven insights to enable growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization; steering innovation investments by balancing risk, return, and strategic fit; monitoring commercial performance and communicating risks and opportunities; collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Manufacturing to align priorities; representing Finance in leadership forums; and leading talent development within Commercial Finance. Must hold a Master’s degree in a related field, have 10+ years of finance experience in international manufacturing, be a Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, demonstrate global leadership, possess strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, be proficient with ERP/analytics tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud), and be fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance within an international manufacturing environment
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner to senior commercial and technology stakeholders
- Strong leadership experience in global or cross-regional environments
- Fluency in English
