Job Summary
Senior Director, Field Sales leads statewide Ohio enrollment growth across Medicare, DSNP, and related product lines; oversees field sales, broker channel growth, and business development; builds provider, broker, and community relationships to expand market presence and generate sustainable growth; ensures CRM usage, reporting, forecasting, and territory management to support accountability and regulatory compliance; partners with telephonic sales operations to support field assignment and lead management; collaborates with Market President and Compliance to align with regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Marketing or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Seven (7) years of experience in healthcare or managed care, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
- Experience leading Medicare Advantage, DSNP, Medicaid, or managed care sales organizations required
- Experience building detailed Sales plans required
- Licensure and Certification: Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health in state of practice within state(s) of assigned territory is required or ability to achieve license within 90 days of hire
- Must have valid driver's license, vehicle and verifiable insurance
- Influenza vaccination is a requirement for designated positions during Flu season
