Job Summary
Senior Director, Fan Data Infrastructure leads the operational and technical infrastructure powering Warner Music Group’s direct-to-fan ecosystem, overseeing integrations, architecture and governance that connect fan data across CRM, audience, commerce and engagement platforms. Manages data movement, schemas, tracking frameworks and activation, ensuring reliable, measurable data at global scale. Partners with Technology, Marketing Enablement and Audience teams to improve interoperability and reduce fragmentation; oversees governance, consent handling and privacy. Requires 8-10 years in marketing technology/data operations and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, HighTouch, Shopify, Community, Co:Brand, Snowflake, and CDPs; proficient in SQL, JSON and data schema management. Works with cross-functional teams to support marketing operations and audience activation. This role is London-based with hybrid work, and the position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience in marketing technology, CRM infrastructure, data operations or systems integration within complex consumer or entertainment ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, HighTouch, Shopify, Community, Co:Brand, Snowflake or similar marketing infrastructure tools
- Strong understanding of CDPs, data governance, privacy considerations, APIs, JSON, and data schema management
- Experience leading operationally-focused teams in fast-moving, cross-functional organizations
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- In-office collaboration requirement: minimum 3 days per week in the office
