Senior Director, Facilities Management

Lead the management and operation of properties and staff, overseeing site services, performance, processes, and quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems while analyzing trends to proactively address client environment issues. Conduct planned site inspections to ensure service quality and manage vendor relationships to reduce costs and resolve service issues. Prepare detailed budgets and regular reports, maintain positive client relationships, and resolve complaints. This role requires on-site presence in Charlotte, NC, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
