Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of executive compensation programs for Vice President-level leaders, aligning incentives with business performance and shareholder value. Drive market-informed strategies using benchmarking and competitive intelligence to strengthen pay-for-performance positioning while evolving reward frameworks that improve retention and leadership effectiveness. Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver strategic guidance on talent decisions, oversee global equity administration including annual grants and retention initiatives, and evaluate program effectiveness through retention and dilution analysis. Influence governance processes by providing insights that support executive compensation decision-making. This role operates at the center of enterprise decision-making to modernize compensation philosophy and design scalable programs for a global business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including deep expertise in executive and equity compensation
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, incentive structures, and long-term incentive strategies
- Experience partnering with external compensation consultants and managing complex analytical workstreams
- Deep understanding of executive compensation governance, disclosure practices, and benchmarking methodologies
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Executive Compensation Professional, or similar certification
- Experience within a publicly traded, multinational organization
- Experience designing and scaling broad-based equity compensation programs
- Knowledge of global equity administration and international compensation practices
