Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director in Clinical Development to lead early and late-stage clinical programs at ADARx. Requires MD/PhD and 7-10 years of relevant biotech/pharma experience, focusing on international trial execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- MD (or equivalent medical degree), PharmD or PhD in a relevant discipline.
- 7–10+ years of clinical development experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience serving as the development lead for clinical trials.
- Demonstrated track record in leading both early and late-stage clinical trials.
- Proven track record in clinical study execution outside the US.
- Strong understanding of biostatistics, data interpretation, and clinical operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RNA therapeutics, rare diseases, or oligonucleotides is a plus.
- A track-record of impacting drug discovery programs through driving projects to key decision points.
