Job Summary
Lead a property management team overseeing a portfolio of over 30 buildings and develop proposals for new business opportunities. Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and tenants. Requires a degree in Property Management or related discipline, at least 15 years of property management experience, and knowledge of building and tenancy ordinances; strong leadership, client relationship management, bilingual English/Chinese abilities, and proficiency with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- At least 15 years’ experience in property management industry
- Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
