Job Summary
Lead epidemiology strategy across therapeutic areas and drive technical excellence in real world evidence, overseeing observational studies, systematic literature reviews, and data analyses to inform clinical development, regulatory, and safety decisions. Serve as a recognized technical authority in epidemiologic methods, mentor and develop high-performing teams, translate complex epidemiologic concepts for executive audiences, and collaborate across Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and HEOR. Represent the department in leadership discussions, contribute to study protocols and regulatory documents, and travel up to 10% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- PhD/DSc/DrPH in Epidemiology with minimum 12 years post-graduation experience, or MPH/MSc in Epidemiology with minimum 15 years post-graduation experience
- Minimum 6 years of direct line management experience of multiple reports
- Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, or other statistical software packages
