Senior Director - Enterprise TLC & Knowledge Management

Job Summary
Senior Director leads the enterprise TLC and Knowledge Management efforts, shaping the strategy for Temenos Learning Community to drive year-over-year growth in certifications and financial outcomes. Drive KM strategy by creating an integrated KM technology stack aligned with Temenos’ innovation and operational goals, and collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, support, customer success, field consulting, and external partners to codify and share enterprise knowledge. Embed a Knowledge-Centered Service culture across roadmaps, software development lifecycles, and operations. Build and develop a global team of 60+ professionals, foster global collaboration, and design ongoing professional development. Oversee platform integration (LMS, CMS, AI-powered tools), adopt emerging technologies, facilitate knowledge sharing, governance, and lifecycle management, and define KPIs/metrics to demonstrate impact. Drive enterprise-wide change management and promote a knowledge-centric culture across the organization. Requires extensive leadership experience, strong strategic vision, excellent communication, vendor management capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 10% globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years in Learning and Knowledge Management
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role in global, enterprise software environments
- Global travel up to 10%
