Job Summary
Senior Director - ECommerce role responsible for end-to-end e-commerce business in the U.S. and Canada, owning demand, net sales, and profitability; lead site merchandising, content strategy, and digital operations to optimize the customer journey and drive conversion; partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, planning, and technology to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies; drive site experience enhancements, including navigation, search optimization, and product storytelling; lead high-profile product launches and ensure operational excellence for key releases; champion a test-and-learn culture using analytics, experimentation, and insights to improve performance; drive personalization strategies across the digital experience; influence digital marketing strategy and promotional planning to optimize traffic and demand generation; partner with finance and planning to align forecasts, targets, and performance tracking; support omnichannel capabilities (BOPIS, ship-from-store, in-store digital integration); lead, develop, and scale a high-performing e-commerce team; 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce with leadership responsibility; proven track record of owning and driving e-commerce performance with P&L accountability; strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills across merchandising, marketing, and technology; focus on data-driven growth and digital innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce with leadership responsibility in a retail or consumer-driven environment
- Proven track record of owning and driving e-commerce business performance, including P&L accountability
- Strong experience across site merchandising, content strategy, and digital operations
- Deep understanding of the digital customer journey and e-commerce best practices
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills across merchandising, marketing, and technology organizations
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in trend-driven, high-volume retail environments strongly preferred
- Passion for product, consumer experience, and digital innovation
