Job Summary
Own the revenue, profitability, and growth of BIRKENSTOCK's owned digital business across 27 EMEA markets, delivering full accountability for net sales, gross margin, and EBITDA. Drive relentless commercial growth by leading weekly trading performance, seasonal planning, and converting consumer insights into revenue-generating action. Lead the EMEA digital transformation to step-change the business toward best-in-class maturity, while co-owning the technology, product, and data agenda with Global. Build and raise the bar of a cross-functional team of approximately 25, acting as the executive voice for Digital to secure necessary investment. Benchmark competitor performance and translate gaps into commercial action, staying ahead of emerging trends to outpace the competition.
