Job Summary
Senior Director of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing leading the U.S. consumer marketing strategy for the dry eye disease portfolio. Responsible for shaping integrated DTC campaigns, leveraging AI-enabled tools for dynamic creative optimization and personalized content, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Oversees telehealth performance, patient engagement, omnichannel execution, and ROI, while leading cross-functional teams and external partners. Requires extensive DTC leadership in pharma/biotech healthcare marketing, strong transformation and AI tool execution capabilities, and a track record of translating clinical data into patient-focused messaging.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing experience with significant DTC leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required
