Job Summary
Lead the DIO Finance team as the strategic finance partner to the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, driving technology strategy execution through financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis. Manage global financial performance for operating expenses, capital investments, and vendor spend while translating complex technical details into executive-ready narratives for board-level decision-making. Evaluate business cases for digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and AI initiatives to optimize resource allocation and funding priorities. Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor operational performance and partner with Corporate FP&A, Procurement, and HR to align governance across transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience
- significant FP&A or business finance leadership responsibilities
- Experience supporting Information Technology organizations or technology-intensive functions
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders to influence investment and operational decisions
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business case development
- Experience leading and developing high-performing geographically spread finance teams
- Experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or software development organizations
- Knowledge of technology financial management principles, including CapEx, OpEx, software engineering capitalization, cloud economics, and vendor management
