Job Summary
Senior Director, Digital Marketing Innovation leads an AI-enabled, data-driven digital marketing program. Evangelizes AI and modern martech, shapes the future of the Newrez martech stack, and drives an innovation roadmap across SEO/AEO/GEO, Paid Digital, and CRO. Collaborates across Digital Marketing, Originations, Digital Product, and the Commercial organization to diagnose business needs and translate insights into actionable initiatives, with measurable success metrics. Responsible for developing business cases, establishing success metrics, and balance quick wins with long-term bets while directing key roadmap initiatives and partnering cross-functionally. Requires deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, marketing technology, analytics, and experimentation, with a track record of leading teams, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders. On-site work in assigned office locations; compensation range provided with potential additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing or related leadership roles
- B2C experience required; B2B/B2B2C preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, analytics, and experimental design
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage large budgets
