Job Summary
Own AvePoint's end-to-end digital presence and performance, leading SEO/GEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), paid media, and web conversion strategy to build a fully AI-powered digital org. Define AEO accountability frameworks for AI-driven search visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and emerging LLM platforms while benchmarking citation frequency and share-of-voice. Oversee paid media investment across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, optimizing channel mix by region and product category to drive MQL volume and SAL conversion rates. Manage the AvePoint website as a revenue-generating asset, leading CRO programs including A/B testing, personalization, and conversion path optimization. Model AI proficiency standards across the team, deploying AI agents and scaling tools for content generation, creative testing, and reporting automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- at least 3 years in a senior leadership role owning paid media, SEO, and web
- Demonstrated expertise in AEO and GEO
- Deep hands-on experience with GA4
- Deep hands-on experience with paid search/social platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Deep hands-on experience with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- Proven ability to connect digital spend to pipeline outcomes
- Experience scaling AI tooling across a team
- Strong analytical instincts
- Executive-ready communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, security, or data governance
- Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or intent data tools (Bombora, Clearbit Reveal)
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 and Marketo in a pipeline-reporting context
- Comfort operating in a global org with regional go-to-market nuance (AMER, EMEA, ANZ)
- Active participant in digital marketing communities, newsletters, or public thought leadership on AI-driven marketing
