Job Summary
Senior Director, Digital Care Transformation at Carrum: own the AI & Automation Roadmap for operations, identify and prioritize Generative AI/LLM use cases, and lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational pain into technical specifications, drive Human-in-the-loop AI integration to augment clinical staff, set scalability strategy for an AI-native service model, and optimize unit economics through digital self-service tools and automation. Mentor and develop senior project talent, demonstrate leadership in large-scale digital transformations, and drive ROI through digital shifts in a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Project Management skills (PMP preferred)
- Expert skills in AI strategy and implementation
- 12+ years of experience in Strategic Ops, Management Consulting, or Product Ops
- Proven experience as a Senior Leader
- Deep Technical Fluency with Engineering and Data Science teams
- Track record in driving ROI through digital shifts
- Ability to influence at the Executive Level
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset
- Experience handling deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams
