Job Summary
Lead a team of Design Managers overseeing design development for NTT Global Data Centers APAC projects, from kick-off through construction administration. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules while leading consultant selection. Oversee Architectural and Engineering Consultant Agreements, drive value engineering and design rationalization to support sustainability and cost reduction, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams. Prepare monthly project reports on budget, schedule, and scope; communicate status to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with NTT GDC standards and assist in budget forecasting. Develop and maintain vendor relationships with contractors and consultants. Support technical pre-sales consulting, client negotiations, and lease agreement approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in large scale APAC wide critical facilities (Data Center) design and technical engineering
- Excellent understanding of the complexity of data centers
- Demonstrable experience of design and delivery of large-scale data center facilities across multiple countries
- Recognized industry leader
