Senior Director, Data Center Operations - Port Washington, WI

Senior Director, Data Center Operations responsible for very large or complex data center sites across multiple regions or countries; defines the group wide strategy for performance monitoring, aligning KPIs and objectives to drive global efficiency, uptime, and customer satisfaction. Oversees capacity evaluations for physical, power, cooling, and security needs to ensure readiness and operational excellence, and partners with executive leadership on long-term operational and financial targets. Drives the adoption of automation and predictive analytics, establish crisis management and process improvement standards, and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and compliance. Leads major expansion initiatives, serves as the senior executive liaison across regions, develops partnerships, and manages the full lifecycle of hardware assets—overseeing installations, maintenance, and procurement, approving large investments, and directing audits to optimize efficiency, security, and scalability.
