Job Summary
Senior Director, Customer Success Manager responsible for executive-level ownership and strategic leadership of one or more of our global customer relationships. Serves as the primary executive point of accountability for customer success, retention, growth, strategic alignment, and account health across complex enterprise environments. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, governance, and long-term value realization, while driving opportunities to expand product and service portfolios. Requires collaboration with C-suite and senior leadership, experience with SaaS delivery models, enterprise software lifecycle, and strategic customer governance. Works alongside Sales, Finance, and external partners to support customer outcomes, profitability, and long-term partnerships. Competencies include executive relationship management, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to operate in global, matrixed environments. Preferred advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) and experience in the Property & Casualty insurance space. Location-focused role aligned to Sydney, Australia, with in-person collaboration and potential hybrid work arrangements.
