Job Summary
Lead the commercial solution strategy for the Southeast Asia market by driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and managing key client accounts across Brand Guidance, Creative, and Analytics. Establish trusted advisor relationships through complex presentations, workshop sessions, and long-term account management plans while identifying new business streams and cross-selling opportunities. Translate client business challenges into actionable insights using Kantar's advanced analytics tools to deliver impactful marketing strategies. Champion Singapore as a regional hub for creative work, fostering a high-performance culture that integrates knowledge to innovate and delight clients.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years' experience in quantitative market research, either in an agency or a client-side environment
- Experience in Creative, Media effectiveness and Analytics solutions
- Ability to identify client business issues, and bring the right mix of Kantar's offers to resolve and create value for client
- Ability to work well in a cross functional environment, with the capability to influence and encourage others
- A high level of resilience and agility; an ability to manage challenging situations
- An entrepreneurial approach with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and developing long-term client partnerships
- Hands-on approach with the ability to multi-task, including client management, project involvement, and administrative responsibilities as needed
- Inspirational leadership with experience leading impactful teams and encouraging a diverse work culture
- Ability to navigate complexities in a matrix organization and collaborate across functions and business units
